A monthly tune-up for your PC. Covers cache clearing, bloatware removal, windows optimization, driver checks, checking error logs, and a quick dive into router and network settings if one wishes. Virus & Spyware removal
This service provides clean-up and removal of all viruses and spyware. In most cases this can be performed remotely without any additional steps. In more extreme cases we can provide a "magic" box that will allow us to connect and remote in as if we were sitting right there next to you. If clean up gets to this level we often look at other options.
Deep Dive Tune-Up
A fully personalized session to do a deep dive IT Analysis of your PC. This is a complete "Tune Up", "Tweak", "Optimization". Whatever you want to call it. We will work with you on making sure your PC is running top notch. Want to incorporate some OBS tips and tricks? We can do that too. This service can also be broken up over multiple sessions if that is more convenient. (Disclaimer: We do not provide any programming or custom coding, these services are specifically for out of the box software and Windows install. These services may be available in the near future.)
